When you check in at the front desk, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly team members who will collect your new patient forms and guide you back to your treatment room. There, you’ll meet your dental hygienist and Dr. G, who will capture X-rays of your mouth as well as a thorough visual and tactile examination. If we spot anything concerning, we’ll speak with you about it and create a treatment plan to take care of it. Before you leave, we’ll professionally clean and polish your smile to make sure you leave feeling refreshed and healthy.
We ask all patients to complete new patient forms at the initial visit because they provide us with important context regarding your oral and overall health. They also tell us what to keep in mind during your initial exam and whether or not we need to focus on specific areas of your mouth that you may be concerned about. Once an appointment has been booked, all patients will receive forms to fill out electronically. Patient forms are also linked below as an alternative if you do not receive them electronically.
