Dr. G will advise you on how often to wear your retainer based on your specific needs. Typically, you'll start by wearing it full-time, then gradually reduce to only wearing it at night.

For minor hairline cracks, you can still use your aligner. Just be very careful when taking it out and putting it back in. Apply even pressure when placing it on your teeth and use a flat edge to minimize bending when removing it. Do not attempt to repair it yourself.
